Neil has extreme brain-power having achieved the highest levels of formal education and possesses an eclectic banding of knowledge that he will never brag about nor wave in someones face, this is a rare quality. Neil is truly a kind, compassionate, and selfless individual who will fight tooth and nail for the people of Hawaii. Neil believes in the people and culture of our islands and he is committed to our well-being. As a side note, I like the idea of having a Gov that can bench-press 268 lbs.
