Vote Early

People who are registered to vote in Hawaii have the option of voting in one of three ways:
  1. At your designated polling place on election day (the Primary Election is on Saturday, September 18, and the General Election is on Tuesday, November 2)

  2. At an absentee walk-in polling place during designated time period (September 3-16 for the Primary Election)

  3. By casting an absentee ballot by mail
Voting early is the best way to help Neil win the Democratic primary:
  • Anything could happen on election day...don’t let a flat tire, a late bus, or a busy day prevent you from voting.

  • Early voting saves time (mail voters spend no time waiting in lines) and avoids confusion about polling places (97 out of 335 polling precincts have been eliminated for this election cycle).

  • And early voting drives create enthusiasm, media attention, and energy--all of which support efforts to increase turnout, a key to winning this election!

Vote at an absentee walk-in polling place during the designated time period (September 3-16 for the Primary Election) or vote by casting an absentee ballot by mail as soon as possible (Note: the deadline for requesting a mail-in ballot for the Primary Election is September 11).
